Gazzetta — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

You can feel the great Tel-Avivian vibes while visiting Gazzetta, and defiantly this is the best part. The service, well... they can do more. Not friendly. The wine, is so so, a glass of Chablis is too expensive, small portion, not cold enough and medium quality. The salads are... again, they could, actually should, do better. The Ceasars Salad for exsmple came with un fresh croutons, the lettuce was pale and the dressing was surprisingly OK, but not more. The Focaccia was not good, not baked as it should be and a bit dull. The pepperoni that came with it, simply put - just came with it. It wasn't done enough on the oven and, felt more like a Salami. I visited the wine bar at Gazzete in Tel Aviv and, while the food was good, the experience with the woman in charge of seating guests was very disappointing. Even though we had a reservation, she seated other people before us without any explanation. On our way out, we accidentally brushed arms while walking past each other, and she didn’t even bother to apologize. Her attitude, and that of the staff in charge of seating, made us feel as if we didn’t deserve to be there, which overshadowed what could have been an...

Had a wonderful evening drinking excellent Israeli wine and eating perfect food in a fun birthday party in the semi private space of this fun restaurant.

There are of course many good places in Tel Aviv, but this one has class.

Everything from the table setting, the volume of the music(not too loud), the lighting(not too dark), and of course, the sensitive service (great! Fast but non intrusive) made the evening fun and friendly.

I most definitely will be coming back with friends or for an easygoing yummy evening...
