This place is really a hidden gem of Tel Aviv, the unconventional hours make it unknown to many locals as well.. Izik and Ruthie are a couple, they come to their little shop every morning around 4am and start preparing fresh salads, cutting vegetables, cooking potatoes, zucchini, cabanus meat and more stuff to put inside the great fresh sandwiches they make. People who come here usually already know the place and are many times on first name basis.
