Thereโ€™s a quiet kind of magic to a place that doesnโ€™t try too hard but still delivers something exceptional. Tucked away from the main street, this restaurant feels like a well-kept secret. The interior is warm and intimateโ€”low lighting, soft music, and a layout that gives each table a little sense of privacy. Itโ€™s the kind of place where conversations feel unrushed and every detail feels intentional.

From the beginning, the service struck the perfect tone: friendly but never overbearing. Our server offered helpful suggestions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a good experience. The pacing of the meal was smooth and unhurried, allowing us to really enjoy each course.

The food itself was thoughtful and deeply satisfying. We started with a warm appetizer that featured caramelized edges, a touch of spice, and a beautifully balanced sauce that brought it all together. It was comforting and boldโ€”a great way to begin.

My main dish was a slow-cooked stew, rich and aromatic, served with a buttery side that soaked up every drop of flavor. The depth in the dish showed off the kitchenโ€™s patience and precision. My dining companion ordered a plant-based entrรฉe that was just as compellingโ€”layered textures, fresh herbs, and a smoky finish that left us both reaching for second bites.

Dessert was a quiet masterpiece: a simple slice of cake, delicately spiced, with a dollop of cream and a hint of citrus. Not overdone, not showyโ€”just perfectly executed.

This restaurant doesnโ€™t shout for attention, but it absolutely deserves it. Itโ€™s a place that values quality, comfort, and care in equal measure. Whether you're here for a quiet dinner or to mark something special, it offers an experience that lingers long after...

Lehamim in Tel Aviv is a bakery that surpasses expectations with their outstanding burekkas. These mouthwatering pastries are a culinary delight, boasting a flaky, golden crust and heavenly fillings. Baked fresh with utmost care, Lehamim's attention to detail shines through in every bite.

Lehamim (plural of "bread" in Hebrew) is divided to a few sections. The first is a cute cafรฉ, where you can dine and order their pastries and bread to the table, as well as other breakfast type meals. The other is a self service bakery, where you may choose what you want from a vast assortment of cakes and pastries, and purchase them at check out. In my experience, it is difficult to find help here, and you'll probably have to ask the staff for their assistance from the other side of their counter if you need it. The last section is a to-go line in which you can order coffee and other pastries and quickly be on your way. They are very well organized and everything here runs smoothly for your satisfaction. The place is very expensive, so be prepared the drop about 50 NIS for a few cookies in a box. However, everything here tastes delicious and the smell of fresh bread and pastries is...

I love Lehamim. It's a wonderful bakery that is working around the clock on weekdays. On weekends it is closed. On Friday it has relatively long lines, but they take minutes to clear. The verity is usually good, but if you want something specific make sure to call and reserve it because things run out. Highly recommended.

Tried mostly their savory options including the olive breadstick, goat cheese sandwich, and for sweets tried the brownies. All was good, but unfortunately felt overhyped. Didnโ€™t taste overly fresh or unique, but Iโ€™m willing to give it another shot and try some other menu items in the future.
