2 stars mean I disliked this place. Let me explain why, by telling you a story, my story.
So, this is supposed to be noodle bar for every pocket. In that regard the price is reasonable, though if you prefer beef than it is only slightly cheaper than average.
The quality is ok for that price. Not outstanding but not horrible. Just fine.
The real problem is the customer service. You see, my family and I dined there. We went late at night, made a TA order (it was not possible to stay and sit at that time). Each of us ordered a main course, and we also ordered two small starters to share between us.
The order was made quickly and given to us in two paper bags. The bags were stapled, so we didn't see the content. And as they didn't have handled, opening them would have made them bothersome to carry.
When we got home and opened the bags we soon realized one of the starters was missing. As they already closed, we couldn't call them then. But we did call them the following day, each time the worker who answered the phone said they will leave a message for the manager, and he will look further into the matter and return to us. This happened the following day as well.
The manager never called us back. Maybe it is my frivolous manner, but I think the right thing to do would have been saying "ok, seems like there was a mistake. You can come and take the starter" (or send it of they can). But no. That is not what happened.
After 48 hours of calling and having a message wrriten to the manager "who will return to us shortly", we happened to pass by the place again. So we decided to stop there and talk to them. The worker did us "a favour" of giving us the starter for free (the same starter we paid for but never received). The manager refused to talk to us. There were no apologise or anything to make the situation better.
Frankly, the attitude was as if we were bothering them for asking for something we paid for but never received. And if we hadn't passed by and insisted, we could have kept on chasing them to no avail.
So what am I trying to say? It's your desicion whether to eat there or not. But think if that is how you want to be treated. I know I don't. Either way, if you order a TA make sure you received all your order before leaving the place. Otherwise, you might...
