Great service, great food. Raimondo really made the night unforgettable – with whatever food or drink he brought to the table, he always had an anecdote to share, as they serve only local and fresh products (I’m a restaurant owner myself and can easily tell the difference between frozen and fresh). On top of that, he guided us with perfect food and wine pairings – the white wine (a blend of four different grapes) with my pasta was spot on.

We all started by sharing some pinsa as appetizers, then moved on to pasta or mains, depending on each person’s choice. We were a group of 8 people, with different needs (gluten-free, lactose-free), and Raimondo managed everything perfectly while being alone that night.

If there’s one thing that could improve, it would be the overall atmosphere and decoration. To be fair, since they are part of a hotel, I understand it might not be so easy to play around with that.

12 stars out of 5. Seriously. The pizza was AMAZING. The atmosphere was out of this world. And the staff was the best we've experienced in the last 3 weeks traveling Italy. I cannot recommend this place enough. My only regret is that we check out of our hotel in the morning and won't be able to eat here again until we return...
