Nous avons voulu déjeuner dans ce restaurant car il nous semblait bien. En entrant, pas un bonjour, pas une formule de politesse, pas un sourire : et ce concernant tous les membres du personnel. Vous l'aurez compris : accueil pittoyable. Soit, nous avions faim, nous voulons nous installer pour déjeuner donc nous sortons nos pass sanitaires. Celui de mon amie ne fonctionnait pas au scan mais elle avait la version papier qui prouvait sa vaccination : il n'y avait rien à faire, Giovana ne veut rien entendre et refuse que nous nous installions car soit disant il pourrait y avoir des soucis avec la police... Alors que même la police aurait été moins procédurière. Ils n'ont fait aucun effort pour nous faire rester ou nous proposer une alternative : nous gênions clairement. Aucun souci, nous sommes parties et avons donné notre argent à des commerçants qui le méritaient dans la boulangerie d'à côté. Où est le sens du commerce et de l'accueil ? Worst panini and pasta I have tasted in Sicily. Service was rude and waiting time was extremely long. Pasta was overcooked, mushy, bland and totally not worth the wait. It is bistro type place so I don’t understand why we had to wait for 40 minutes. Paninis where terrible - dry old bread, not crunchy, not soft. It was like eating cardboard....
