Pizzeria Ristorante Still Life 2.0 — Restaurant in Agrigento

Very accommodating for early (before 20:00) diner’s like me. Two consecutive nights the restaurant seated me without a reservation when I arrived shortly after opening. The receptionist was very nice and she also took my order. The spaghetti alle vongole was delicious and loaded with clams. A generous glass of Prosecco nicely balanced the spaghetti. The second night a house red paired well with the pizza which was baked to perfection. A grilled beefsteak with balsamic reduction and cheeses was tasty, although the beef was a bit gristly. Each night the restaurant was filled with customers who appeared to be frequent diners who greeted and were greeted by the staff. Stumbled upon this place because our air bnb was across the road - and we were so happy we did. Beautiful view of the city, you could see the temples from the patio. A great hidden gem overlooking the Valley of the Temples. We found this by chance and we were really happy we did! They had a classic Italian menu with plenty of pizza and pasta options which were very tasty and the best Aperol Spritz we had in Sicily. It was so cheap too!
