DISORGANIZZATI A LIVELLI ESTREMI, SERVIZIO PESSIMO e MALEDUCATI. Peccato che non c'è il non mi piace perchè non meritate nemmeno una stella per come trattate i vostri clienti. Eravamo andati a pranzare lì dopo un'attesa di un'ora per un tavolo. Nonostante l'attesa di UN 'ORA, eravamo comunque ben disposti per mangiare. Finalmente ci fanno accomodare alle 14:50, portano il menù e dopo un pò ordiniamo. Dopo un pò ci portano l'antipasto e cominciamo a mangiare. Fin qui tutto ok se non fu che sopraggiunse subito un'acquazzone che ha costretto noi e tutti i clienti seduti fuori, ad alzarci all'improvviso e scappare a ripararci all'interno. Temporale. Noi dentro il locale senza nessun cameriere che ci dica dove poterci accomodare(NONOSTANTE VI SIANO TAVOLI LIBERI ALL'INTERNO) occupiamo un tavolo libero, che ci viene indicato da altri clienti all'interno del locale. NESSUN CAMERIERE ARRIVA E QUEI POCHI CHE PASSANO NEMMENO CI CONSIDERANO. Dato che nessun cameriere ci considera nonostante ci passino accanto, chiediamo gentilmente di apparecchiarci quel tavolo. Passa del tempo, lo apparecchiano. Nel frattempo attendiamo il cibo che non arriva e chiediamo piu volte una bottiglia d'acqua che ci viene portata alle 15:30. Chiediamo più volte notizie ai camerieri su quando sia pronto il cibo e ci viene detto a breve e che stavano preparando in cucina. Accanto al nostro tavolo molta gente è spazientita dall'attesa, come noi del resto, tant'è che si fanno portare dei grissini per far passare la fame. Anch'io ho fame ma preferisco aspettare un cibo che NON ARRIVERA' MAI. Vabbe aspettiamo ancora .Chiedendo ancora ad un'altra cameriera alle 15:45 quando se ne parla mangiare, lei tutta gentile ci porta il menù. "NOI GIA AVEVAMO ORDINATO!" Sbotto io. Si fanno le 16:00 e fino a quell'ora DOPO PIU' DI UN'ORA NON ABBIAMO MANGIATO E NESSUN CAMERIERE SI E' PREOCCUPATO PER NOI. SE ASPETTASSIMO ANCORA LORO ERAVAMO SOTTO LA PIOGGIA AL TAVOLO DI FUORI. Vista tale considerazione per noi clienti, ci alziamo e andiamo in cassa A PROTESTARE CON IL TITOLARE, CHE STAVA PARLANDO CON UN'ALTRA CLIENTE CHE SI LAMENTAVA DI NON SO COSA. Non ci da nemmeno lui conto e NEMMENO SI SCUSA PER IL TRATTAMENTO DA NOI RICEVUTO. E' cosi che andiamo in cassa per pagare l'acqua unica cosa da noi consumata e la tizia della casa non sapendo cosa dire dice "l'acqua ve la offriamo noi". SE NON SIETE IN GRADO DI GESTIRE PIù CLIENTI CONTEMPORANEAMENTE, NON FATELI ACCOMODARE DIMENTICANDOVI DI LORO E DEL LORO ORDINE. SIETE DISORGANIZZATI A LIVELLI ESTREMI. Non serve a nulla vantarsi per il buon cibo quando si ha un PESSIMO SERVIZIO. MAI PIù DA VOI. SCONSIGLIATISSIMI. Poi non vi lamentate se perdete clienti e rischiate il fallimento. RISPETTO PER IL CLIENTE DEVE VENIRE...

This was the worst restaurant experience we have had in Italy- which is unfortunate because we have had such an amazing experience so far. Firstly, our server skipped the children when taking orders; I am not sure if this a product of the culture or just rudeness. Secondly, service is slow and confusing- why offer an English menu if the servers are unfamiliar with the language and the menu? Some of members of my party did not receive what they ordered and had to settle on what came out.

Diner-like place. Good enough for lunch when other restaurants closed. But I would go for other options otherwise. Completely butchered the octopus that died in vain. Salad is of fast food quality but good to satisfy a vegetarian. On a good note, service was quite amicable, people are very accommodating - seems like a restaurant owner should watch some good TV cooking shows to bring the level of cooking up. Probably i was spoiled by delicious food of Palermo and Trapani, hence a subpar review. But we are in Italy...
