Had read good reviews online that this business is friendly and caters for people with gluten allergy, so I was excited to try it. Upon entry, we greeted the staff politely in Italian and were ignored. So decided they must be busy. We read from the menu taped to the counter while waitstaff came in and out. None of them looked at us or offered assistance. Not being local, we weren't sure of the ordering process, so I approached the counter to enquire. I greeted a staff member, telling him I'd heard they had good gluten-free bread. I asked if we could please order panini. Without answering my question he asked uif we'd like to sit indoors. "Sì, grazie," I said. Tables were indicated, around the corner from the counter. We sat and waited. After a while the manager passed by, saw us sitting and asked a staff member to give us a menu. The staff member did so without looking at us. We sat and waited. A large party of diners was shown to a table behind us. They were given menus. The waiter brought them water. He returned and took their orders. The couple on the other side of us ordered another course, which was delivered. We waited. It seemed as though we were invisible. After 25 minutes, feeling hungry and unwelcome, we got up and walked away. We were evidently still invisible. Unsure if the staff here don't like serving foreigners, or if they were simply having a bad day. Either way, we can't recommend this...

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this place. On a day of torrential rain, we tried to take shelter and eat something, but even though they had tables available, we were told that all the tables were already reserved for orders and that they could not accommodate us. We insisted that we were willing to pay immediately and even have a separate receipt. This unprofessional and lack of empathy attitude left a very bad impression on us. At a time when a simple gesture of kindness would have been appreciated, we were treated as if we were a nuisance. I recommend avoiding this place if you want to be received with respect, especially under difficult conditions. We will...

I had the pleasure of visiting Pane Mosaico during my trip to Alberobello, and it was an unforgettable experience! The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, with the bakery offering a delightful variety of freshly baked breads, pastries, and local delicacies. The quality of the products is exceptional – you can taste the passion and care that goes into every item. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a beautiful souvenir to take home, Pane Mosaico is the perfect spot. Highly recommended for anyone visiting...
