A Hidden Gem in Alberobello – Worth the Trip Alone!

We had dinner here tonight, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The menu isn’t huge, but every single dish is a standout, each idea more delicious than the last. You can tell real thought and love go into the food.

The orecchiette were simply out of this world, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour. And the meatballs? My kids swear they’re better than their Nonna’s (which is saying a lot!). It’s that kind of food, familiar yet elevated in the best possible way.

The vibe was just as impressive. A great atmosphere fun, lively, and full of good energy. The staff had this young, positive attitude that made the whole experience even better. Super accommodating and genuinely friendly.

This place nails the concept of street food with restaurant-level quality. We’d come back to Alberobello just to eat here again. Seriously, don’t miss this place, it’s an absolute gem! Can't recommend this...

Coppino is a nice place with modern service and a straight smart idea. They have a small but clear selection of dishes: -sandwiches stuffed with local ingredients following traditional recipes -orecchiette, prepared as for sandwiches -traditional fried polpette prepared with bread or meat Sandwiches were great, but my daily special dish with orecchiette, zuchini’s pesto, burrata and shrimps was quite poor and on a lower level. Polpette were also tasty but they could be served with some sauces or dressing. I anyway give 4 stars with pleasure because the team is young, energetic and I love the smart idea of the wooden spoon to give back as your order is ready. With a few small fixes the place will be nuts...
