Credo sarebbe superficiale spendere parole dopo aver visto di che luogo si tratti e quanto è in grado di offrire: Rame, riso e miscelazione è pura poesia. Non è un luogo per tutti, ma per intenditori e, soprattutto, per chi ha voglia di trattarsi bene e concedersi un momento perfetto dall’accoglienza, al servizio, ai piatti, ai saluti. Alessia e tutto il team sono tutto quello che una città come Altamura aveva bisogno, classe ed eleganza per aumentare il valore di una città con radici importanti. Chi non è in grado di apprezzare e rispettare tutto ciò, non può avere l’ignorante pretesa di far riferimento ad un’eventuale spesa (prezzi orgogliosamente in linea alla qualità delle materie prime e degli arredi). Timing di servizio impeccabile e illuminazione Flos per non badare a spese, perché per voi la priorità è emozionare il cliente. Bravi ragazzi, vi meritate tutta Milano. <3

Locale molto carino, bello il design, comode sedie e tavoli, staff preparato e gentile, mai invadente, è riuscito a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste su variazioni dei piatti. Ingredienti di prima qualità, risultato molto buono per quanto riguarda la parte giapponese, meno per le contaminazioni locali. Prezzi ancora alti per l'offerta, ma sicuramente un punto di riferimento in zona per la cucina giapponese.

Cena perfetta - serata super. Per il mio compleanno Mariella ha scelto questo ristorante. Un’esplorazione di sapori fusion tra varie cucine (giapponese - messicana) combinata con ingredienti locali. Drink superbo. Location e servizio impeccabile. In zona rappresenta un unicum. Non ho pagato io :-) ma guardando il menu i prezzi erano giusti (per l’offerta ricevuta!). Super raccomandato.

I visited Altamura, I’m originally from the United States. I am not usually a fusion fan, but this restaurant checked all my boxes. The ambience was beautiful, relaxing, and contemporary. The outdoor eating area gave us a beautiful view of the town, while live Italian music created the ultimate dining experience. As for the food—I was beyond impressed. The uniqueness, finesse, and variety of Italian-Asian fusion food was impeccable. Every dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and the owner’s special culinary flair.
