Beautiful experience. The buffet was complete and of good quality, solid 8/10. Meat quality: outstanding, 9.5/10. Location and atmosphere: 9.5/10, with nice lighting, decorative pools, and a relaxed, countryside vibe right next to the tables.

If you let them know you’re a bit hungry, they’ll start bringing meat more frequently and in larger portions. Just make sure the waiters are aware, especially if you’re arriving a bit late.

It’s not exactly cheap, especially if you order a bottle of wine, but hey, that’s to be expected in this area.

Not sure if there’s a smoking area (maybe for the better), but there’s a nice, spacious green area right next to the tables where you can step out for a break.

Shoutout to the two talented ladies on the saxophone, an unexpected and very pleasant surprise. If you don’t like these kind of things maybe double check whether it’s planned on not for the day you are reserving. Personally, we loved it.

Maybe the only small downside was the constant background music, it never stopped. The moment a beautiful live performance ended (singer, saxophonist, or both), another pop track from the live DJ would kick in right away. It felt more like filler than a smooth transition, leaving no quiet moment to really take it all in. Gestern Abend durften wir das CUE in den Hügeln von Porto Cervo besuchen – ein Erlebnis, das uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Location & Ambiente: Der Eingang ist etwas versteckt, was dem Ganzen eine besondere Exklusivität verleiht. Nach einem kleinen Spaziergang durch die weitläufige Anlage wurden wir in den „Orzo Garden“ geführt – ein wunderschön gestalteter Gartenbereich, der uns direkt beeindruckt hat. Zwar findet die Show im oberen Bereich statt, doch wir waren froh, im ruhigeren unteren Bereich reserviert zu haben. Für einen entspannten Abend à la carte war das perfekt.

Service: Das junge Personal – insbesondere unser Kellner aus Rom – war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und unterhaltsam. Er nahm sich viel Zeit, uns die Karte zu erklären und war sichtlich bemüht, uns ein gutes Erlebnis zu bieten. Kleine Kritik: Eine physische Karte für die Gäste wäre angenehmer, als das Menü auf dem Handy zu erklären.

Essen: Das Konzept, Zutaten direkt aus dem hauseigenen Garten zu beziehen, ist großartig. Das Fleisch war hervorragend im Geschmack, wenn auch etwas zu roh für „medium rare“. Dennoch qualitativ top! Das Beef de Lomo (10€/100g) ist wirklich ein gutes Angebot, das Wagyu (200g für 70€) wäre ebenfalls spannend gewesen – leider war es an dem Abend nicht verfügbar.

Preisgestaltung: Was uns etwas gestört hat: Der fixe Mindestumsatz von 90 € pro Person. Da wir keine großen Esser sind und auch keinen Wein trinken, mussten wir relativ viel bestellen, nur um den Betrag zu erreichen. Das führte dazu, dass wir einen Teil des hervorragenden Fleisches zurückgehen lassen mussten – schade. Mein Tipp an das Management: Fleischpreise leicht erhöhen und den Mindestumsatz etwas flexibler gestalten – das würde den Druck nehmen.

Negatives Erlebnis: Ein zweiter Kellner (mit Brille) fiel leider negativ auf. Er wirkte uns gegenüber etwas herablassend, wohl weil wir keinen Wein wollten und ich beim Wasser blieb. Auch beim Bezahlen mit Karte wurde ich gefragt, ob ich nicht doch Bargeld hätte – in einem Restaurant dieser Klasse ein absolutes No-Go. Dass er zudem enttäuscht über ein aufgerundetes Trinkgeld war (von 184€ auf 190€), wirkte unangemessen.

Hinweis für Gäste: Meine Freundin wurde leider von Mücken regelrecht aufgefressen – die wunderschöne Gartenumgebung bringt leider auch einige Insekten mit sich. Ich empfehle dringend, Mückenspray mitzubringen, oder alternativ, dass das Restaurant über ein besseres Insektenkonzept (z. B. Mückenlampen oder natürliche Abwehrmittel) nachdenkt.

Fazit: Ein traumhaftes Ambiente, top Qualität beim Essen, freundliches junges Personal – mit kleinen Abzügen im Service und bei der Preisgestaltung. Trotzdem: Ein wunderschöner Abend, den wir...

Also meat after meat after meat very very good meat of all different kind some that i personally love and some i dont your milage will vary as to how many different kind of meat you like all meats are cooked the way there ment to be eaten so if tour looking for well done (burnt) forget about it the most its cooked is medium exempt for the chicken of course

Overall if your a real meat lover and are tired of all the pasta and pizza in Sardinia this is the place to go very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff a bit pricey but its a classy place what...
