The whole experience was amazing!!! Great vibe across the whole restaurant, with different sitting areas (next to bar, garden, next to grill, more private). From the very 1st bite (Langostino Meloso see pic) both me and my date were left speechless! We ordered 3 as starters and 2 main courses! Margaritas were a must to be in the mood! We finished our dinner with 2 delicious deserts 🤤 Staff and whole service was top notch! Paying €100 per person was absolutely fine for what we experienced! I would totally recommend Pacifico Rosemary for anyone visiting Porto Cervo area! 💯

While the location is beautiful, the experience felt very disorganized. Half of the menu was unavailable that evening – no tuna, no beef – leaving very few options if you are not a fan of seafood or pork. They suggested an alternative cut of meat priced at €100, more than twice the cost of the original menu items. The service was polite but quite uncoordinated and slow. You are essentially paying for the setting. I would recommend confirming with them on WhatsApp the same day of your reservation to check what dishes are actually available.

Tolle Location in der Nähe von Porto Cervo mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer der Costa Smeralda. Ich liebe Musik, aber für meinen geschmack etwas zu laut. Das Essen ist eher minimalistisch portioniert – wer großen Hunger mitbringt, sollte auf jeden Fall mehrere Vorspeisen bestellen. Besonders empfehlenswert: die Tacos mit rotem Thunfisch – eine absolute Geschmacksbombe! Etwas unangenehm war, dass uns die Kellnerin mehrfach die fünf teuersten Gerichte empfohlen hat. Da meine Freundin sehr wählerisch bei Fleisch ist, konnte ich das Tomahawk nicht alleine bestellen. Sie versuchte dennoch mehrmals, uns umzustimmen, was zu einer etwas komischen Situation führte. Mein Tischnachbar hat das Tomahawk genommen – es sah fantastisch aus! Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Laut Karte sind es 1,1 kg, nach dem Garen eher 700–750 g – perfekt für zwei bis drei Personen. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass die Kellnerin ansonsten sehr sympathisch war, genauso wie die anderen jungen Kellner, die uns an diesem Abend bedient haben. Sehr nett: Mir wurde sogar ein Mirto spendiert. Negativ fiel auf, dass wir sehr lange auf die Rechnung warten mussten und nach dem Essen ziemlich lange ignoriert wurden. Das war etwas schade – allerdings war der Laden an diesem Abend auch sehr voll, da kann es schon mal stressig werden. Wespen gibt es leider viele, was sich in der Natur hier nicht vermeiden lässt. Die Preise entsprechen dem Niveau, das man in Porto Cervo erwarten muss. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder – dann aber mit Unterstützung, um das Tomahawk zu probieren.

I visit Sardinia every year since I was born. This time I was there for just 4 days, and heard before about the re-opening of the Rosemary restaurant, an historic place in Costa Smeralda that closed down for the last 10 years. The new “Pacifico” Rosemary supposedly aimed at bringing a Peruvian-Japanese twist to the authentic Italian cuisine. Long story short - I had dinner there twice in four days!!!

The atmosphere is simply amazing, so “dolce vita”, and the senses are amplified by the stunning surroundings and a very well done and very much needed renovation of the spaces - the garden and the see through grill are noteworthy. The cocktails are sensational (try the Pisco Sour at the Tortuga Bar before sitting for dinner under the stars) service is great (staff is always ready to help, suggest, serve) and food is simply out of this world. I am a huge fan of the Pacifico restaurants. I have been so many times at the famous Pacifico Milano and Pacifico Roma. When I heard that they were opening Pacifico at the historic Rosemary location in Sardinia, I booked my planes tickets for a weekend with my friends specifically to try the restaurant (sometimes you need to hit the tires and try things for yourself!!). What can I say, I was absolutely amazed and stunned! The place is just INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL, the food is DELICIOUS. I have gone crazy for the Tuna Taco and, above all, the wagyu beef stake! It feels like a movie set, with the most perfect sunset views that you can join by sipping the most famous Peruvian cocktails or the greatest non-alcoholic drink SUPER HEALTHY drink HOLY!! When it comes to bring things to the next level, Pacifico knows how to do it!! LOVE IT!!! 5...

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant! The atmosphere is incredibly charming, with a beautiful view of the sea that adds so much to the experience. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and elegant ambiance.

The staff truly made the evening exceptional. Special thanks to Martina, Alessandro and Kim they are outstanding: so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They were proactive in anticipating what we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the overall vibe of the place is simply great.
