This is the best experience I ever had! I tried a lot of restaurants in the area but “La Briciola” is at the top of the list! The location is very simple and welcoming, with soft lights and wooden ceilings. You can feel the confort in the area also if the restaurant is full of people. The service is amazing, they take care about you always! Kindly people with smile and attitude to make you fell comfortable without being intrusive and is not easy to find it everywhere. What about the menù…the food is like an experience. Every plate is cared and well made. Here you will find tipical Sardinian food with a very quality fresh fish. The price is very equal, you spend less than other places eating genuine food. I recommend this place to all the people who wants to have a nice dinner and eat special food (you should come back and try more things of the menù). I had dinner a lot of times during this summer and for sure I will come back next year! Cheers to all the staff of “La Briciola”. Thank you to Sabina & Alessandra (the owner of the restaurant), thank you to Marco, Fabio, Sonia, Giovannella, Stefania, Elena and the other staff that I didn’t mention. I feel you like...
Read moreWe initially came hungry looking for a place to eat around Liscia di vacca, we saw some reviews and decided to come to La Briciola. From the arrival of the restaurant, The staff weren’t very inviting and making us feel rather uncomfortable. We sat down and despite having a nice atmosphere in the restaurant with a nice seating area, the staff’s professionalism was rather horrendous. They pushed us to get starters and suggested the most expensive foods, then we declined and chose simpler dishes they started to make us feel uncomfortable. The main dish took extremely long to make, Making us full from the starters.and thank god we were full as the seafood pizza came very watery. The prawns were undercooked and the veggie pizza had undercooked vegetables that was rather cold. We didn’t finish our meal, and honestly the only thing that was good from that meal was...
Read moreWe dined at La Briciola tonight and while the food was delicious, the service left much to be desired. We ordered the stewed mussels and a risotto. The mussels were fantastic, but the risotto took an unacceptable 45 minutes to arrive. It seemed like they forgot to start preparing it when we ordered, and no one informed us it would take that long. If they had we might have ordered something else.
The service continued to disappoint as it took an unusually long time to get the bill. We eventually had to stand up and go to the cashier ourselves to pay, as the waiters seemed to avoid eye contact and were unresponsive. Despite the excellent food, the overall experience was let down by the...
