Probably one of the worst experiences I had in my life, this place it’s a joke. I ordered a club sandwich and a beer. Beer came after 40 minutes. After 1h and 20 minutes I was still waiting for the sandwich and when I asked about it they were laughing saying it will come.( we counted 6 people sitting, one only having a beer and 2 already eating )It actually came in another 5 minutes so a total wait of 1h and 25min. Don‘t go there!! Most awful food we ever had. We waited over 1 hour for a pizza and a cesar salad. The cesar salad consisted of some fried chicken (it was cold and hard) with mayo on top and some leaves of salad and tomato, no dressing. The parmiggiano on the salad was so hard, that I thought I bit on an olive core. The pizza capricciosa was not with ham but with some old breakfast sausage. Pizza 15€, Salad 14 €. Spendere 40 euro a testa per 1 club sandwich + acqua e caffè mi sembra davvero esagerato anche in una località come Porto Cervo ma potrei capire se il servizio e la qualità fossero all’altezza invece una delusione totale. Eravamo in tre e abbiamo ordinato 3 club sandwich con il salmone per poi venire informati dopo 30 minuti di attesa che il salmone era finito cambiando la nostra ordinazione con 3 club sandwich al tonno. Nell’attesa vediamo uscire al tavolo affianco dei club sandwich con il salmone a persone che hanno ordinato dopo di noi. Terminati i sandwich abbiamo chiesto un bis ma ci hanno informato che il tonno era finito e colpo di scena: era tornato disponibile il sandwich al salmone in alternativa. Si nota la disorganizzazione generale anche tra i camerieri e il personale, quando chiediamo il conto da dividere mi viene fatto pagare 45 euro per 1 sandwich, 1 acqua e 1 caffè, io stranito pago con la carta e poi chiedo il motivo del conto così alto; loro si scusano e mi vengono dati indietro 5 euro in contanti senza darmi spiegazioni.
