We had a terrible experience here. I must admit that we came quite late for the lunch - around 14:30. However, we were admitted to the table and ordered the meal and the drinks. They brought us the drinks, but the service was quite slow, even though there were 3 waiters floating around with only 4 tables being occupied. But when after a half an hour of waiting we asked one of the waiters, if our food would arrive soon, he said that the kitchen has just closed. At the same time another waiter brought us the bill with all the food included! Luckily they realized that they made a mistake, and we didn't have to argue that we didn't have the meal. But they didn't even try to apologize! And we still had to pay for the drinks and 'coperto' (even though there was none :) And by the way, 20 euro for a beer and an aperol! We left very angry and hungry! Besides, they have no high chairs for the children. But the view from the...
Read moreVery bad experience : we got our table at 21h30 and ordered 5 minutes later, but the first dish arrived only at 23h (1h30 to wait for regular food: pasta and beef filet..) the wine served (55€ the bottle) was in our view "bouchonné" , so we asked to change for another one : but to get there we had to argue with the staff during 15mn (they did not want it first, but finally they accepted). they forgot to serve one meal (antipasti @22€) to our table they charged us on the bill the meal they forgot to serve us (we had to complain and ask to remove it from the bill, which they finally did after 5mn argumentation..) no parking despite what they said over the phone when we reserved the table (and finding a parking place close to this restaurant is a real nightmare) All of this being said, and to be fair the view on Porto Cervo's port is very beautiful from their terasse, and the food finaly...
Read moreThe restaurant’s breathtaking view and perfectly placed table lived up to our expectations. The food was outstanding—seafood and dishes like the Fiorentina and truffle-stuffed faux-filet were a delight. However, the experience took a turn when we noticed our €500 bill included three extra bottles of water we didn’t order. When we questioned the waiter, he was rude, dismissively claiming five people couldn’t share one bottle, offering no apology. After a tense exchange, he admitted the mistake but still tried to charge for an unrequested second bottle. This unprofessional service marred an otherwise...
