Would give 0 stars if I could. When we arrived there were more than 6 people working, not one greeted us. After a couple of minutes of standing around, a woman asked us if we were there to watch the soccer game and we said yes- should this have been the issue she should’ve simply said sorry. We sat down and ordered a coffee each, and lots of attitude was given. She was very friendly with other customers who seemed to be regulars, and was extremely rude and cold with us. I ordered an aperol, it came 30 minutes later - she might have forgotten which would be understandable if not for the horrible attitude beforehand or she purposely made me wait - either way irritating. She brings the aperol after 30 minutes with a chipped glass, and no apology but instead as she placed the glass down on the table she turned to me as if she was waiting for me to say thank you. Would never return here even if someone paid me. They are pretending there's a vibe here? There's nothing. Rude staff, aperol was terrible to top it...

They offer both soy and oat milk. The chocolate croissants are also amazing — Italian-style with Nutella. A lovely spot for a proper...

This year they have started charging a service charge too and the attitude with the staff was poor. Last time visiting today. Time to look for a new...
