Food was okay, too sweet but acceptable. Local is looking quite great - feeling a bit like in old USA. Unfortunately I had bad experience with the staff service here. First of all, Indian looking waitress who was serving me was inappropriately rude. After we finished I was about to pay with the card and it seemed that the terminal was not working. She told me to wait, so i did. After 15 mins, I re-asked and she told me its my problem how I am gonna pay, she told me to search for the cash withdrawals. Around place all of them were unluckily broken and I came back after 10 mins, she told me it will not work, she started to be extremely rude, I asked her for any other solutions, she replied she is the owner of the restaurant and it’s not her problem, I have to pay with cash. So I went out again and I found other bank, which was very far, but I could withdraw the money. I came back, she was there but she didn’t want to serve me, so other man came up, he apologized for the situation, and at the end they didnt even give me 3 dollars back, which they took for their „tip”. The food was devine but unfortunately the staff was a bit rude. This was based on several visits. First time the waiter asked me to move my table in the middle of my meal because some people reserved the table. Second time when I asked about a soul food plate where it contains corndogs, bacon, and onion rings. I asked the waiter if possibly I can replace the onion rings with something else she said yes an extra corndog. When plate arrived I asked about the extra corndog she said yeah the chef declined. I told her then I will have my onion rings if I cannot replace them. She rolled her eyes and gave me attitude that I personally felt unwelcomed and wanted to leave the restaurant immediately. Too bad the food and theme is amazing but some staff need some training and making sure to understand how to deal with situations. For instance, asking the chef before telling me if the replacement is possible, or letting me know that it's not possible before placing the order, and never let customers feel unwelcomed .
