The best ham and cheese spread I ever had. We got a board with ham and cheeses from Sardinia and beers from Cagliari. The cheeses were amazing and the hams excellent. Tagliere Squisito ⭐ Tagliere per 4 -- 50€ Calici 5€ Era da un po' che un amico ci parlava di questo locale per la qualità e rivoluzionari taglieri. Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti della differenza confronto ai classici taglieri serviti nei locali. La qualità e la rappresentazione sono assolutamente di nota, i salumi erano diversi e particolari, come la mortadella emiliana tartufata, il carpaccio di Angus, la lonza di tacchino, guanciale affumicato toscano, salume di cinghiale, salame artigianale. Stesso discorso per i formaggi sia locali che non, come il caprino locale, il crembrí piemontese. Presente anche la frutta, che aiuta a spezzare tra un salume e l'altro. Degna di nota è stata la cordialità del proprietario che alla richiesta del pane per celiaci, ci ha fatto trovare del pane senza glutine a parte.
