Da SID — Restaurant in Aristanis/Oristano

Went tonight to dinner at Da SID around 8.30 pm without a reservation and they told me they wouldn t accept anyone else because it was full for the night. I even asked for a table outside, and they told me there was no table available.

So i went to dinner to the restaurant at the opposite site of the road (wich was awesome BTW)

To my surprise DA SID wasn t even half full for the rest of the night.

That must be a managment rule of DA SID, but i don t think it s very polite or it has any kind of consideration for the costumer. Altought it s the number 1 restaurant at trip advisor, i do not intend to go there, ever again.

If your restaurant was short on personal, it was your good service to inform that you were not working at the full of your capacity so u couldn't accept more costumers. That was fhe right thing to answer to a costumer willing to use your restaurant and seeing it half full. Nevertheless when i asked for a table i was answered you were full, with no tables availabe. And i even asked in italian, so it was not question of language, was a question of atitude. That was your answer. It was not my place to question that. If i wasn't dinning across the street that wouldn't be even a problem

But seeing that you continued half full, that was the question for my critic, which should be valueded by you as the owner as someting to improve in such an high ranking restaurant. But i see it got you angry to the point of replying to me in uppercases which we both know what means. So, no more point in making my case, otherwise than it was surely for the best that i couldn t have the pleasure of eating in your 'incredible' place.

A restaurant is not only the food it serves. And as all the bussiness public relations is something to work on.

We’ve been lucky enough to eat in some of the world’s best restaurants (Maido & Central) - before the tasting menus became exorbitant. We approached Da Sid tonight with slim hopes we’d get a table, but the amazing gentleman who served us accommodated.

From start to finish, the food and wine were spectacular. I’ve read the comments below and hoped it would be as good as expected, and it far surpassed our expectations.

The scallops, pistachio pasta, turbot & pork belly were other worldly and some of the flavours were on a par with what you get from some of the best in the world.

Price-quality ratio is also spectacular.

Finally, another shout to the gentleman who served us (recommended the Nudo rose), the attention and recommendations were of the highest...

Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di sperimentare un'avventura culinaria straordinaria presso un ristorante che ha saputo sorprendermi sotto molti aspetti. Situato in zona, questo gioiello nascosto in centro a Oristano si è rivelato un autentico paradiso per il palato, introducendomi a gusti e sensazioni del tutto nuove.

L'esperienza gastronomica è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Ogni piatto presentato era una sinfonia di sapori raffinati e inusuali, che mi hanno permesso di allontanarmi dalle solite scelte e di scoprire nuovi sentieri gustativi. La cura con cui gli ingredienti sono stati selezionati e combinati è stata evidente in ogni boccone, trasmettendo un amore per la cucina che ha reso ogni portata un'esperienza sensoriale completa.

Oltre alla straordinaria qualità del cibo, va menzionato che questo ristorante si distingue anche per il suo incredibile rapporto qualità-prezzo. Non solo ho potuto godere di una cena eccezionale, ma l'intera esperienza è stata accessibile e vantaggiosa dal punto di vista economico, il che lo rende sicuramente un punto di riferimento nella zona per chi desidera gustare alta cucina senza svuotare il portafoglio.

Non posso tralasciare di menzionare la cortesia e la gentilezza dei camerieri, che hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il loro approccio professionale e al contempo amichevole ha creato un'atmosfera calorosa e accogliente, rendendo ogni momento passato al ristorante un autentico piacere.

In conclusione, il ristorante che ho avuto il privilegio di scoprire ha rappresentato un'esperienza culinaria senza pari. Dai sapori innovativi alle emozioni suscitate, passando per il prezzo accessibile e il personale affabile, ogni aspetto di questo luogo si è unito in armonia per creare un'esperienza che rimarrà a lungo nella mia memoria. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci per continuare il mio viaggio attraverso i sapori sorprendenti e le emozioni che solo questo ristorante sa offrire. Un saluto...
