I booked online we were 3 friends with a dog visiting Ascoli Piceno and we heard the food was good so, after a little stroll we went for dinner at 19.45. We had a dog with us and we were eager to try as ma y fishes as possible . The staff was incredibly welcoming from the beginning, making us feel at home and immediately offering a bowl to the dog . We shared the crepes, the pasta with black truffle, the stuffed cannelloni the grilled porcini the grilled pork sausage the cicoria and a selection of desserts ( tiramisu, a chocolate and figs roll, a zuppa inglese marchigiana and the typical stuffed mini balls of dough filled with crème patissiere . The staff is probably the nicest, welcoming, friendliest I have encountered, making bus feel at ease and in general being very caring....

È da quando si chiama "Vittoria", da sempre, che non ha mai perso! Ci andavo 45 anni fa con il grande Amico Maurizio.. ricordo le magnifiche scaloppine al vino bianco, e ci torno ancora oggi, da pensionato, per sentirmi più giovane che mai!! Eh sì, dare il "Si cominci!" alla proposta dello Chef: "Faccio io?" significa meravigliarsi, farsi stupire ad ogni apparizione!! Dal Tagliere di salumi alle fantastiche olive all'Ascolana! Dai cremini alle verdure sapientemente fritte! L'una tira l'altra, al Vittoria, non è riferito alle... ciliegie, è strettamente legato alle creazioni che l'Artista accanto ai fornelli forgia per te! Le tagliatelle ai funghi porcini (se passi di lì fattene stendere un piatto!), sono l'apoteosi che ti farebbe gridare "Vittoria!" se non sapessi che stai vincendo una... battaglia e non la guerra! Infatti, la guerra continua, e di sfide ce ne sono ancora tante! Avevi sentito parlare di tagliata, perché sono altri che giocano sulla tua pelle, e la Tagliata arriva! Ti rendi conto anche che è già... tagliata perché le uniche forze rimaste, ti serviranno per alzare la forchetta imbandita, alla bocca! Il vino sta facendo la sua parte, e poco importa se l'insalata è verde oppure mista, se la verdura cotta sono biete o spinaci... sai solo che cominci ad invidiare quelli che escono!! This is one superb restaurant in Ascoli Piceno. What was good about it? The best answer is everything. Food is excellent and all based on local cuisine, the wine list has wines from local producers from Le Marche with many by the glass, waiting staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, atmosphere is wonderful set in a centuries old building, warm and inviting.
