Very busy place and it's not surprising because the piadinas here are excellent and there is always a queue.

Piadina = A warmed flat bread filled with whatever you want. My favourite is Salsiccia e spinaci (la rustica).

If you have a large order, it's a good idea to order in advance. They speak really good...

Sono rimasto molto sconcertato dall’igiene e da quella che in inglese si chiama cross contamination, cioè la contaminazione incrociata fra alimenti crudi e cotti. Il ragazzo che prepara le piadine e cucina sulla piastra maneggia il tritato di salsiccia a mani nude, lo modella e poi, senza lavarsi le mani, tocca le piadine già pronte da servire. Questo comportamento è inaccettabile e può facilmente compromettere la sicurezza alimentare, causando disturbi intestinali e malesseri.

Anche la ragazza che aiuta nella preparazione lavora con troppa fretta e poca attenzione ai dettagli: per esempio, aggiunge il sale solo al centro della piadina, lasciando i bordi completamente insipidi. Un piccolo gesto che fa capire la mancanza di cura generale.

Le attese sono piuttosto lunghe e, pur riconoscendo che le piadine restano buone, viene spontaneo chiedersi: ma chi me...
