Taverna Bistrot — Restaurant in Bagnoregio

Sono stato a far pranzo in questo ristorante durante la mia visita a Civita di Bagnoregio.

Il servizio si è dimostrato ottimo fin dal primo istante in cui siamo entrati. Il cameriere, educatissimo e gentilissimo durante tutta la nostra permanenza, ci ha fatti accomodare subito nonostante fossimo senza prenotazione.

Appena seduti al tavolo, il cameriere ci ha portato della pinsa romana ancora calda, veramente deliziosa. Dopo aver consultato il menù, ho voluto poi ordinare un antipasto e un primo.

Come antipasto ho preso la scamorza fusa con tartufo nero e prosciutto cotto. È stata un'estasi per le mie papille gustative, dalla prima all'ultima forchettata.

Per primo ho preso invece gli spaghetti con crema di pistacchio e guanciale. Non posso descriverli in alcun modo, se non con una semplice parola: divini.

Sfizioso anche il caffè con panna e topping al caramello con cui ho concluso il pasto.

La scelta nel menù non è vastissima e i piatti ci hanno messo un pochino ad arrivare, ma ciò non è affatto un difetto, anzi. Un tempo più lungo per l'arrivo dei piatti indica che tutto il cibo viene preparato al momento, e ad un menù ristretto corrisponde un aumento nella qualità dei singoli piatti.

L'atmosfera è calda, accogliente e intima. All'esterno sono presenti soltanto 5 tavoli (se ricordo bene), mentre nella parte interna (dove ho mangiato io) i tavoli erano appena 3. L'ambiente quindi è veramente tranquillo, senza rumori fastidiosi.

Il prezzo è abbastanza equo, considerata anche l'elevata qualità del cibo. Eravamo in tre persone, e abbiamo speso circa €25 a testa per il coperto, una bottiglia d'acqua, due antipasti, tre primi e due caffè con panna.

Cute spot. Lovely service (a bit slow when busy but that is to be expected). Delicious pizzas which were good to share between 2 people for a light lunch. Such a cute place and the food was so good (I wish I had pictures of the food but we were hungry and just ate). I had a pinse that was tasty and my son loved the pork shank. My daughter had a dish that was scamorza cheese melted with truffle on top (it comes with meat as well but we requested it without) and it was delicious.
