Read moreThe restaurant made a good impression at first. We ordered baked scallops as a starter to share (2 people), a pizza salami and tagliatelle with mushrooms (porcini) for main courses. Staff seemed friendly. However, it took more than 45 minutes for the starter to arrive, and this only after we had to remind them. The waitor was very unfriendly when we reminded and told us: "C'mon it is Sunday. Don't be like that". Needless to say, all other tables had received their food within reasonable time. For the main dishes to arrive, we had to wait for another 30 minutes. When we confronted the waitor regarding the long waiting times, he became very unfriendly and told us "not to act crazy". We asked for the bill which was brought to us quite quickly. For the change, however, we had to ask again and again. The waitor couldn't have cared less to return the change to us. When the change finally arrived, we were offered two free limoncelli which we declined as it was already quite late. After declining the limoncelli, we were asked to not come back. We accept this "offer" happily.

We ended up having to drink it and later pay for it, which left a very negative impression.
The servers also forgot our kids’ drinks, and empty plates were left on our table for over 20 minutes, even though several waiters walked by and could have easily cleared them.
During the rain, water collected on the umbrellas, and instead of managing it safely, the waiters drained it in such a way that it poured directly onto customers — very unpleasant.
While the food itself was good, the waiting times were far too long. When we asked the waiter how long our dishes would take, his answer was simply “as it goes,” which showed no professionalism.
Overall, the service was disorganized, careless, and frustrating. We will not be coming back to...
