Overall I would say skip this place, there are far better places within walking distance that have better food, are less expensive and provide superior service.

I stayed at the hotel and ate here twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner.

At first the positives - the view of the Ocean is beautiful. The waiters and waitresses that I encountered were very friendly and always smiling. The atmosphere is very inviting. I really wanted to like this restaurant, however...

On both dining occasions there were mistakes in my order. The lunch wasn't that big of a deal, there were 7 of us and the mistake was understandable.

The dinner however, was inexcusable. I was alone and there were only 3 other tables being served.

I ordered the mixed grilled seafood, the beef fillet and the mixed salad from the maître d'. 30 minutes later the order had still not come, which wasn't a big deal, but when the meal did come, it came all at once and half of it was incorrect.

The mixed seafood grill was okay. However they brought out a tuna steak instead of the beef filet. I brought it to the attention of the maître d' who apologized. Next, instead of the salad, a plate of potatoes came out. I told the waitress who brought it that it was incorrect.

Another 15 minutes went by with no information given about how long the correct items would take. When I had to approach the maître d' about how much longer the food would be, he looked as if he forgot to put the order in. I informed him if it wasn't out in 5 minutes, in I was going to cancel the order. The fillet came out out 7 min. Later seared (mostly raw) with the salad.

When the bill came there was a €5 service charge included.

If you're a restaurant in a 5 star hotel and make those kinds of mistakes to a customer at the very least you take off the service charge.

Such a negative experience that I would never eat here again, even if the meal was free. It was hands down my worst dining experience during my entire...

I celebrated my birthday at the most elegant and refined restaurant in Bari. It was an unforgettable experience. The location is beautifully designed, with five-star plates and cutlery. The menu is generous, catering to all tastes. We were welcomed with a complimentary sashimi platter featuring tuna, salmon, and sea bream. For appetizers, we enjoyed a Fritto Misto, a cold platter with oysters, red shrimp, carabiniero prawns, and a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses.
