My Wife and I arrived in Bari to find that our suitcases had been misplaced. The suitcases have been located on another flight, and we will be reunited with them tomorrow. We arrived in Bari a few hours later than planned. After we settled into our lodging we were in the need for food. We rounded the corner and saw Solho al Mare - Apulian Pizza & Food. Immediately we were welcomed by Jello who seated us and took our order, our food was delivered to our table by Valentina. The food is great! The music and interior ‘vibe’ is moody/jazzy/and chill. The employees are outstanding. After our meal and desert, Valentina visited with us and she shared a lot about the Apulia region and about Bari. Efficient service, particularly the male waiter who’s got charming and welcoming smiles and attentive attitude and service! The foods were amazing and delicious. We had a starter to share which was tomatoes ans mozzarella served with hot focaccia edges. It was very good. The English menu didn’t explain well enough for the meal. We ordered orecchiette with Bari style beef roll which was called “Orecchiette al ragù Barese e Braciola’ in Italian. It was super delicious 🤤! Went here with my girlfriend. Extensive pizza selection, really good prices for what you get. After this pizza you are going to be full no worries. Tiramisu also bigger than i was used to from the other nearby stores so thats a plus.

Service also super friendly, our waitress even let us try a new schnaps which was a cool surprise.

Staff felt knowledgeable and helpful the whole time and spoke decent english. Chill atmosphere, nothing rushed.
