Caffè del Corso — Restaurant in Barletta

Most places were closed and I stopped here and asked if they had pizza or panini. They said yes. The waitress took us to a table and took our drink order. She was taking a long time to come back so I called her and asked if she could take our order. She told me our 3 Margarita pizzas were almost ready. We did not order that. I told her I wanted a burger. They brought the pizzas out anyway. I can't eat the cheese. I ordered a salad instead. My kid said the pizza was very salty and my salad was terrible and looked like a 5 year old made it. They charged me for the pizza I didn't order and insusted my kids eat it and they over priced the salad. Not...

I am an emigrant living in Barletta. This was the first time I went to this café and the last. The deceptive responsible in the bar friendly suggested a rolled in dough pastry which he called Napolitana " molto buona".

I had the pastry and an expressino and when I went to pay he spread his hand and asked for 5 euros.

I asked for the receipt which he gave me only with the total, I have asked for the price discriminated and he relied that only the total was important. To this I asked for the list to check the price to what he said with bad manners I was being unnecessarily polemic —the pastry was not listed.

And no, neither the pastry nor the coffee was any good.

If you are in Barletta I can assure that there are plenty of other places where to go where not only the coffee is better but also the people is honest and professional.

Ho chiesto lo scontrino che mi ha dato solo con il totale, ho chiesto il prezzo discriminato e lui ha sostenuto che solo il totale era importante. Per questo ho chiesto la lista per controllare il prezzo a quello che ha detto con cattive maniere ero inutilmente polemico - la pasticceria non era elencata.

E no, né la pasticceria né il caffè erano buoni.

Se sei a Barletta posso assicurarti che ci sono molti altri posti dove andare dove non solo il caffè è migliore ma anche le persone sono oneste e...

We had breakfast here as part of our B&B stay. The first time, there were no croissants left, and we were given just one plain one. The staff’s mood is generally sad and emotionless — it feels like you’re a bit of a bother.
