A very bad experience!

We had a very RUDE blond old waitrice. She was not happy that kids were coloring though we didn’t leave anything behind us. She was very rude and unfriendly with us and the kids. She wasn’t happy that not all of us had lunch. We were a group of 16 people with 3 kids. When the bill came for our part, she charged me 4 covers for 1 margarita and When I asked her why she charged 4 covers, she didn’t like my answer & she started telling me “a persona non educata” as you’re an non uneducated person and screaming and talking in Italian though she knows I don’t master Italian. Which waiter would say so! This woman should be banned from serving anyone! A client has the right to ask questions! And she should respond politely! She brought all the restaurant experience down! Service is the first thing a client would see! She was unwelcoming since the beginning, expressing her unhappiness having our kids and Didn’t even propose...

Durante una sera,ci siamo recati in 2°serata in questo locale verso l'ora di cena di un Mercoledì sera.

All'interno del Menù ampia scelta di pizze, tra semplici, speciali, particolari, novità.

Il locale è situato in posizione centrale, all'interno del centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi a piedi oppure anche in auto essendo possibile trovare parcheggio di fronte la location.

Si presenta ben curato, con prodotti di qualità tra cui il cliente può orientarsi.

L'accoglienza è stata ottimale nei confronti dei clienti, che sono stati subito accompagnati verso un tavolo disponibile.

Dopo aver visionato ampiamente il Menù, abbiamo orientato la nostra scelta verso una delle 3 pizze, nello specifico "Delizia", "Cilentana", "San Daniele", tutte di buob gusto.

Il servizio al tavolo rapido, tra l'ordinazione ed il ricevimento, circa 15 minuti.

Il personale è qualificato e riesce a trovare ogni soluzione per l'esigenze del cliente che sta servendo.

Sicuramente torneremo a trovarli nel prossimo futuro.

A very cozy and nice restaurant, with a very attentive and polite service. We have ordered one pizza for the kids and one Calzone for us, which were simply wonderful.
