I can´t really recommend this restaurant, we were not really satisfied with the size of portion (considering the price) and the service/waitresses. I was really disapointed. Once we arrived at lunch time, there was really a lot of places available both outside and inside. We asked the waitress where we can sit (2 persons only) and she refused us saying all places have a reservation. I asked for which hours these places are reserved because it was not probable that absolutely all available places will be occupied in next 45 minutes. I said we will be quick and will leave just after eating our lunch. But still we were refused and I was told we can just sit to the tables for take away where you receive the food just in box with plastic fork. I really did not understand this because even when we looked to the restaurant after eating our lunch at take away section, no more people came and all that places were still available as in time when we arrived.... The waitress was just only refusing all guests who had to sit to the take away section. Why they are doing that? Obviously those reservations were not definitely all for that hour but much later. The waitress is just lazy to serve the guest and change the tablecloth and knife and fork???????? They could have for sure much more guests with a better approach.... So we ordered pasta for take away. Another disappointment - I had paccheri pasta with prawns and I was really surprised how the portion was small for 18 EUR !!!!!!!! There was just 8 pieces of paccheri pasta and I really didn´t have impression to be full enough after eating it. My son had spaghetti alle vongole and here the portion was ok, but most of shells were empty and the clams were not even in the box elsewhere.... I really regretted to have chosen this restaurant for these prices and behaviour...

We were super excited to visit but we were let down big time, unfortunately. Note that the restaurant had around 5 groups of customers, so, not so crowded. Firstly, because we had a dog that is not very used to other dogs being around, we decided to be seated near the entrance, to avoid any other dogs that may be seated inside. The waiters saw us but didn't bother to come take our order for at least 20 minutes. Then, a waiter approached us to let us know that "this is the bar area and not the restaurant", so moved us inside. A waiter was taking our order and suddenly stopped to go greet some other customer. And when he came back, he started chatting with his colleague, and we haven't even ordered yet. So, the clock was still running and no order was given for more than 30 minutes. And I emphasize that the store was not busy AT ALL. The salad costed 15€ and was super small, had like 3 small shrimps, 3 cherry tomatoes and a few lettuce leaves. The platter of fried seafood was ok-ish, still not worth the 20€ it costed. Small portion, super deep fried. And the fries were the typical frozen super market bag, which is not a good look for a restaurant. We also got a simple burger which, honestly, a Burger King Whooper feels much, much more "real" in comparison. The wine was excellent, though. My suggestion is to avoid eating there, there are much more cheaper and better alternatives in the area. The place is worth visiting probably for a quick drink at the bar terrace, but skip the food. TL;DR: Horrendous service (and I cannot stress this enough), disappointing food, great...

risposta ai titolari del 25/07 Immaginavo già che avreste dato una delle vostre tipiche risposte "educate" che date a chiunque vi sporge una critica. 1.Il tavolo non era in ordine con il cartello "riservato" e non cera nessun agente ma solo il proprietario in infradito con un bambino che mangiava e giocava ai videogiochi,poi c'è stato un viavai di persone di cui 2 ragazze di cui una con bambino e se è vero che è riservato a maggior ragione dovrebbe essere vuoto fino all'arrivo delle persone a cui è destinato, a meno che voi non stavate semplicemente aiutando a tenere calde le sedie, allora li si che si spiega. 2.la vostra maleducazione è disarmante, nelle vostre risposta parlate di Masterchef e Superman ma non avete capito che siamo nel mondo reale a quanto pare e avete la faccia tosta di dare della persona di malafede e fake a chi è venuto nel vostro ristorante in assoluta buonafede per essere trattato male,mangiare cibo scadente avere un pessimo servizio e PAGARE PURE caro pER TUTTO QUESTO! La vostra ignoranza è disarmante e la vostra arroganza lo è di più sono certa che non siete Bellanesi perché non trasmettete 1 briciolo della cultura del posto e della gente. Sono italiano doc da Milano e so cosa vuol dire mangiare bene in un ristorante ed ho 2 qualifiche nei servizi di promozione e accoglienza turistica settore in cui lavoro da 10 anni , io uso i parametri delle istituzioni ufficiali del settore che evidentemente non conoscete! sulle mosche è inutile che vi arrampicate sugli specchi sui post pubblici il locale ne è pieno e lo sapete bene. e invece di dare risposte infantili e maleducate, fate come tutte le attività che si rispettano e prendete spunto dalle critiche per migliorarvi. #addio#ristosantesconsigliato#scappareagambelevate.

Recensione precedente del 19/07 Sinceramente ho avuto una terribile accoglienza, perché nessuno si è accorto subito della nostra presenza dato che siamo arrivati nel bel mezzo di una accesa lite tra i proprietari e delle altre persone proprio davanti all'ingresso(anche il proprietario urlava, quindi zero professionalità, perché anche i clienti difficili si gestiscono con discrezione senza disturbare gli altri ospiti), per accomodarci ci siamo praticamente arrangiati a trovare un tavolo, dato che la ragazza addetta ci ha salutato velocemente e non ci ha accompagnato al tavolo.

Il primissimo tavolo all'ingresso viene utilizzato come "base" per la famiglia proprietaria dove tutti i loro amici, figli e parenti fanno come fosse casa loro e appena si entra si vede un gran casino sopra e attorno, cosa assolutamente poco professionale e poco elegante. Va bene la conduzione famigliare, ma va fatta con un po di modo e discrezione...la prima regola in un ristorante è di fare sentire l'ospite a casa sua, non fare il contrario dandogli l'impressione di essere d'intralcio a casa di qualcun altro.

Una volta seduti al tavolo le mosche iniziano a ronzare attorno e venire addosso perché ne è pieno il locale, ho trovato raccapricciante vedere tutte le mosche sulle pizze appena sfornate! e le mosche in un ristorante, sopratutto se cosi tante, sono un chiaro segnale di scarsa igiene, ifatti provenivano tutte dalla cucina.

Spaghetti scotti(nonostante avessimo chiesto la cottura al dente - quindi zero attenzione al cliente),porzioni piccole e poco soddisfacenti,pesce non fresco molto probabilmente surgelato e cottura scadente; forse il cuoco non è italiano o se lo è, certamente non è qualificato, perché non ci ha messo il limone, che va sempre assieme al pesce fritto e nemmeno il pane(queste sono le basi), nonostante ci avessero detto che era stato messo, quindo poca organizzazione e coordinamento. Tutto sommato per il cibo mediocre e per il servizio pessimo, per il prezzo spropositato pagato mi aspettavo molto meglio, do 1 stella solo perché non ho avuto un indigestione, comunque non tornerò assolutamente peccato perché l'impressione iniziale era bella perchè la location è...
