Anymore Funicolare — Restaurant in Bergamo

This place has a perfect location to offer people some good options while waiting for a cable car uphill, especially on a summer day when people are thirsty.. to say this place is an utter disappointment is not even doing it a justice!

They allocated a large area of the cafe/restaurant to advertise their smoothies only to not have ingredients needed for one and having to run upstairs for second choice (second fruit one, other were just vegetables).. after 15 minutes and 2 missed cable cars up to the old city, we received an inch of actual fruit juice with massive ice cubes and filled up with soda water. All of this for 7 euros, how ridiculous!

The ice could have been crushed, more fruit for that price added, so much that could have been improved.. and we could have spent more time exploring the upper city when our flight was due that night.. on top of that one staff was clearly trained but not very well but the other who was clearly lacking energy, effort or even an attempt for a smile and greeting and didn't even try to help his struggling colleague. Avoid this place until they improve...

Bar locato in prossimità della funicolare che collega la città bassa alla città alta, in una posizione singolare e in una zona molto elegante. Il bar ha un'atmosfera vintage ed è tappezzato un po' ovunque di manifesti cinematografici. Il pavimento bicromato bianco/nero e i mobili fuori moda (penso alla poltrona nera grande imbottita e dallo stile molto retrò oppure ai mobili in legno "sbucciato" nella sala da bagno) gli conferiscono un'aria tutta sua, forse complice la vicinanza con le Mura e l'arredo novecentesco della funicolare stessa. Non mancano i libri e qualche bel dolciume ad occupare il bancone. Servirà tornarci ancora, forse la sera, per decidere se la qualità è alta come sembra e il personale altrettanto...

Absolutna porażka. Jedyny plus to bliskość dolnej stacji kolejki. Chciałem napić sie piwa ale niestety wybrałem soki , które były reklamowane. Pan z obsługi nie bardzo wiedział co wchodzi w skład koktajlu. Wybraliśmy to co było w menu, a on nam zrobił to co sam wybrał. Dodatkowo śmiechy koleżanki z tego co nam podał. Obsługa niekompetentna i nie miła. Jeden z soków nie nadawał sie do picia. Kiedy powiedzieliśmy o tym to podano nam już właściwy dobry sok. I po tym była niespodzianka przy kasie , bo musieliśmy zapłacić za wszystkie soki chociaż umowa była inna. Z nieprzyjemna panią nie było dyskusji . Po kilku wymianach zdań widząc że nie ustąpią zapłaciłem. Jedynie czego żałuję to że nie wylałem im na podłogę...
