Good space, I just popped in because I wanted to try one of their beers. Didnt see an option to do a tasting tray of several beers so I chose one that sounded good: the Georgia. Unfortunately it was quite bitter and I had expected a maltier more sweet taste from the description. I then tried the Melita which is made with honey, I liked that one...

Siamo stati oggi, l’ambiente è un incrocio tra un pub e una trattoria, la birra di loro produzione è molto buona, soprattutto quella ambrata con spiccato sentore di miele in retrogusto, favolosa. Per quanto riguarda il menù abbiamo provato sia i casoncelli tradizionali che la versione “Fly” con aggiunta di amaretto e menta. I tradizionali sono una garanzia se vuoi rimanere nella tradizione: ripieno goloso ed equilibrato, cotti perfettamente immersi nel burro come ricetta comanda, abbondante parmigiano e salvia e pancetta super croccanti.l, i migliori provati fino ad ora. Per quanto riguarda i Fly, sono come i tradizionali ma con l’aggiunta di amaretto sbriciolato e foglie di menta. L’amaretto crea un effetto crunchy veramente incredibile, anche se il piatto vira leggermente sul dolce, tuttavia la menta arriva in supporto e dona una freschezza al piatto incredibile. In definitiva il piatto è un ottimo guizzo dello chef! Approvato. Il servizio è stato veramente impeccabile: attento e gentile con tempi veloci. Assolutamente consigliato!...
