An absolute gem of a wine bar and shop! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warmest, most genuine hospitality. The lady who served us was incredibly kind and welcoming — so much so, you truly don’t want to leave. Her passion for wine is infectious, and the way she talks about each bottle makes the experience even more special.
The selection of wines is truly impressive — there’s something for everyone, from classics to unique discoveries. The drinks we were served exceeded all expectations, both in flavor and presentation. And the prices? Very reasonable, making it all the more tempting to explore and indulge.
The interior of the shop is simply stunning — cozy, stylish, and filled with charm. It’s the kind of place you instantly fall in love with. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone who appreciates good wine, great service, and unforgettable atmosphere!
We will definitely be coming back again and again! Ti mandiamo tanto amore...
Read moreUnexpectedly, a beautiful little enoteca on the corner of our street turned out to be the highlight of our trip to Bergamo.
Monica's hospitality, passion and expertise make you feel right at home, and you will undoubtedly leave their enoteca with more wine knowledge than you entered with.

Our trip continues with a hike through the Dolomites, so buying some bottles to enjoy back home was unfortunately not an option this time around, but I will certainly order some wines from their...
Read moreHow to describe this place? I was heading towards the upper town, across the station to catch the tram I found Rotta Vino. What first caught my attention was how beautiful the store was. The way they display the wine bottles and other products and how the lounges are placed just invite you for a glass. So I went inside and asked if they had wine tasting, which they did. Monica, the sommelier, is so knowledgeable and friendly that she soon picked my wine taste, even though I only like to drink wine and I am not knowledgeable about the science of wine. I tasted two glasses of Italian wine and bought 6 bottles to take home, which she also fixed so it would be dispatched by mail to Sweden. I will definitely come back to Bergamo and Rotta Vino. It became another “must-do” in this gorgeous...
