Furthermore, they were disrespectful to me and my companion when we were sitting and drinking, and they purposefully had the broom contact our feet, and when we complained, they stated we couldn't wait for you and then clean; who does such conduct! ITA: Il servizio , la qualità e l’ambiente rispetto a un paio di anni fa sono pessimi. Ho avuto l’occasione di averlo frequentato come turista , vivendo ormai fuori dall’Italia , piuttosto studente pendolare.

Il personale era pressoché assente, fisicamente e metaforicamente. Dal servizio alla gestione non trovo aspetti positivi. Volendomi sedere, ho chiesto all’addetto in cassa dei tovaglioli per pulire il tavolo sporco e me li ha dati quasi non calcolandomi, per poi tornare a sfogliare tranquillamente Instagram. Pur essendo le 7 del mattino, i tavoli che mi circondavano o il pavimento non erano nemmeno considerati e lasciti sporchi.

ENG: The service , quality and environment are bad, compared to a couple of years ago. I had the chance to visit this place as a tourist, living now outside Italy, rather a former student.m, going to Milan everyday.

The staff was almost absent ( physically and Metaphorically). From the service to the management, I cannot find any positive aspects.
