Negozio veramente bello e ben fornito. Ho acquistato diversi Ugg da loro sia online che in store. Si trovano anche modelli introvabili. Unica pecca , per telefono non sono stati molto esaustivi : ho chiesto la disponibilità nell’ordinare un prodotto via whatsapp (in quanto avevo bisogno di saperlo prima di muovermi perché arrivavo da Milano) e la risposta è stata “passi in boutique” . Chiamo , mi dicono che sono disponibili in store , chiedo prezzo e per favore se potessero tenerli da parte in quanto sarei partita subito da Milano e la risposta è stata “il prezzo lo vedrà in negozio e no non possiamo tenerlo da parte neanche per 1ora”. Peccato . Ovviamente poi sono partita subito e ho trovato il mio articolo grazie anche alla disponibilita della signora bionda che mi ha fatto provare più numeri per sicurezza .

Do 5 stelle perché comunque il negozio è bello e ben fornito. Il prezzo di alcuni articoli difficilmente reperibili è maggiorato ma vabbè è il mercato e...

ATTENTION ARNAQUE !!!

PIRE EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE !

J'ai commandé un pantalon White Sand chez ce commerçant. Je n'ai jamais reçu le produit ! Je l'ai contacté, mais ils ne me répondait pas.

j'ai du le harceler pour avoir finalement une réponse ou il m'a demandé de déposer une plainte au commissariat de police en indiquant la non réception de l'article et m'a indiqué qu'après réception de cette plainte, ils me rembourseraient. J'ai donc déposé plainte et je lui ai envoyé la plainte.

Cela fait maintenant plus de 3 mois et je n'ai jamais été remboursé, je les relance toute les semaines mais je n'ai plus de réponse de leur part. Ils ont disparus.

Je déconseille très fortement ce magasin et je vous suggère vraiment de trouver vos articles ailleurs...
