!!! Watch out, this place RIPS OFF TOURISTS !!! . They put on extra charges on your bill for services (as an example 2 Euros for an extra plate) and don't communicate it beforehand - since the bill is in Italian it's also not clear what all the other extra charges were for. The owner (at least I thought it was the owner) was pretty unfriendly, but his staff was nice. I also saw one of the waiters clean up the street, touch some dirt off the broom with his bare hands and then resume serving dishes to other customers, which seems a bit unsanitary. The pizza was decent, but drenched in olive oil so after a few minutes it turned soggy. Definitely do not recommend this place, tourists...

(Locale di Via Piccinini) Ieri io e mio marito abbiamo ordinato un club sandwich. Il panino che ci hanno portato conteneva un trito di pollo mescolato a uovo e maionese. Non solo non rispettava la ricetta ma era freddo e davvero non buono, non siamo riusciti a mangiarlo. La cameriera che ci ha servito non ha chiesto se ci fossero problemi quando ha ritirato il cibo quasi non consumato, così mio marito, per non essere scortese, ha commentato che il piatto ‘non ci aveva entusiasmato’. Lei ci ha ignorati e di tutta risposta ci ha chiesto se volessimo un caffè. Alla cassa ho sottolineato che il club sandwich non rispettava la ricetta e lei ha detto che era una variazione dello chef. Ho detto che avrebbe dovuto nel caso indicarlo (aggiungo adesso che l’uovo è un ingrediente allergico per alcune persone, pertanto è molto rischioso inserirlo in una ricetta in cui non è previsto). Dato che ancora mi ignorava ho sottolineato che almeno ci saremmo aspettati da lei che chiedesse cosa non andava al ritiro dei piatti e lei mi ha risposto : ‘me l’avete detto voi’. Alché mi ha liquidata dandomi lo scontrino e mantenendo, come in tutto il corso della conversazione, il solito atteggiamento insolente accompagnato da un sorriso di scherno.
