Gujranwala Restaurant — Restaurant in Bologna

On Sunday I was travelling from Rimini to Florence. So I thought that I should eat some good food at a Pakistani restaurant in Bologna. I also skipped my regular train and searched on Google and went to this restaurant. I do not belong to Gujranwala but I have a feeling that the people of Gujranwala are good eaters and their food must be good. I asked the service boy to tell me some of his good dishes. The restaurant has a diners feel to it. We were there for an early dinner & there was only one other patron. The place is quiet & clean, suitable for family with young children. Our orders were taken by this young chap who is able to converse in English well. The order for 4 person took awhile about 15mins to be served & the presentation is typical of any Pakistani restaurant. The food serving is quite generous and delicious. First experience was decent but today the chana masala was basically just chana in oil with no gravy. I don’t understand how any self respecting chef can send this out to paying customers.
