I'm Italian and I love pasta. Yesterday I came to Bologna in the late morning and I was looking for a very good place for my lunch. I studied before coming here...some local people suggested this place. When I sat, the owner came and He dedicated more than 10 minutes to explain the menu and how the quality of their products were amazing. He added some cool words like Organic stuff, minimum twice. He mentioned tosone, but I looked at a guy who was eating it from the next table and it was chees with bacon and a lot of lettuce (very sad). So I ordered homemade tortellini cooked and served in stok. My girlfriend tagliatelle with ragu. So...when I tasted my tortellini, I thought that I was eating something very special...I mean, tortellini were homemade. But I got bored immediately. So, I decided to swap my plate with my girlfriend and I tried tagliatelle. They tasted good, but nothing special. The dish was too dry. I'm glad I didn't ordered more food, because I understood the standard of the cousine. I'm so sorry, but if you have amazing products, in that way you'll destroy them. If you spend 10 minutes to describe your amazing products, you MUST give me something special which I didn't taste. I was forgetting...everyone was drinking the home wine (vino della casa) and we decided to order 1/4 of it. It was disgusting... I left the restaurant angry. I read many good reviews about this place but I have to tell everyone my experience....not one star because the service was perfect. The waitress who served us was always...

Even though I tried many times on all the available channels (phone, email, fb) to find out how I can book a table I received no answer from them, not even an automatic one as they claim to send. Anyhow, what astonished me was the very offending way the owner had answered some of the not so good reviews from customers and potential customers. I have never seen such disrespectful answers from a restaurant, especially from a Michelin rated one. Indeed, this one has only the Bib Gourmand award and not a real Michelin star… but still, respect should, be there no matter the awards, stars and ratings… In the end feedback is a gift, no matter if it is a good or a bad one.
p.s. I write reviews only for places for which my personal experience there was opposite to their rating. Of course, when I try to spot a place by reading the reviews, I look for the highly rated ones. It is the reason why you may notice that my bad reviews are for places with good and very good ratings and with which I had a bad experience. At least I hope I can help other potential customers not to be disappointed and the rated place to improve their service...

A throwback of childhood, comfort, and familiar coziness. The ingredients are simple yet so rich in flavor and delicate at the same time. We enjoyed every single dish and cannot wait to be back to try even more. Highly recommend everything, from the antipasti to dessert. A note also goes to the personnel. The owner welcomed us on a Sunday without a reservation and gave us the perfect quiet table and checked in on us making sure everything was good multiple times (but without being intrusive). The waitress was extremely kind, gave us much appreciated recommendations, and always made sure we ate everything in the correct way (put the pesto in the crescentine right away so that it melts and .. ah, so flavorful) to enjoy the dish even more. Not only the food is incredibly delicious, the genuineness and kindness of the personnel makes everything perfect. Definitely a...
