Naga Thai — Restaurant in Bologna

I have not tasted the food. Off-putting attitude. I would have liked to try this restaurant but in spite of having 3 tables empty at my arrival the italian guy at the counter told me they were fully booked and that they apply strict two seatings rules at specific times... Ok... Then when I asked to order a take away the same guy told me we could not because the first take away order was going to be ready in 45 min... 😅 This place is Definitely not run by Thai people 😅😅 my bad, I thought it was a standard practice everywhere in the world that customers walking up to a take away window have precedence to the people waiting at home for their meal but Italy is always full of surprises and very, very strict rules about eating and people not knowing the rules deserve to...

We came in December 2024 one night but the restaurant was full so we placed a take out order. The food was ready in only about 15 minutes.

Perfect sized portions and very well priced. The food was amazing to all 3 in our party, in fact it was so tasty and such great value that we came back the very next night for another to go order, and everything was great again.

A pleasant surprise was the nice to go packaging. Good material and everything stacks up so nicely at the end.. nice to see small details like this get perfected.

Well, I love Thai food and I was really looking forward to eat in this restaurant, especially after reading good reviews and seeing beautiful photos of food. Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. I ordered red curry with shrimps. You have to order the rice separately. The curry was extremely liquid broth, only with shrimps and huge amount of coconut milk. It was quite flat and with no presentation whatsoever. For what I have got the price was too high.
