Pasta Simoni — Restaurant in Bologna

I was told by a local friend about this place for being the best home made pasta in town.. He wasn't wrong at all!! From tagliatelle, to ravioli with ricotta to tortellini, also great meat balls and sauces to combine the pastas.. For my surprise, they also sell outrageous cakes, biscuits and sweets all with the home made flavour. My favorite one is this in the picture, milk sweet!...

Ottima bottega, tutto fatto nel laboratorio adiacente con eccellente cura artigianale, dalla classica pasta fresca al mattarello o ripiena passando per le torte salate e i sughi al prosciutto o alla salsiccia anche in monoporzione. Ottimi pure i gnocchi alla Romana, in pratiche quantità in vaschetta, pronti per il forno. Spesso sono a banco anche crescentine, pizza e crescenta bolognese. Delizioso 😋 anche il comparto dolci, con crem caramel e panna cotta, biscotteria semplice e con copertura al 🍫 cioccolato. Per me spettacolare l' amorpolenta, di una bontà unica ! Poi ci sono ovviamente le portate di stagione, come sfrappole e raviole e tortellini al tartufo. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità che giustamente va pagata..
