Pizzeria Trattoria La Tavernetta — Restaurant in Bolsena

I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We were here with seven people and we didn't need to wait. We had some absolutely delicious antipasti, I would especially recommend the pizza Bianco with rosemary and olive oil. For main courses we had a spread of different Pasta, Pizza and Fish dishes. The pizza is incredible with a very thin and crunchy crust. The fried calamari were delicious as were the carbonara di lago. The vino della casa is also really good. The only mediocre dish where the spaghetti carbonara as the emulsion of the sauce broke and the eggs were cooked through. The Ambiente is good, if a little turbulent since the outside tables are on a well traveled alley.

All in all I would go here multiple times on a vacation, there are a lot of great dishes, the service is very quick and friendly. Waiters speak English...

We came with the kids for pizza. And the food did not disappoint. As other reviewers have said the portion sizes are huge. The pizzas were bigger than the plates, a lot bigger. The base is very thin and crusty, the way we like it. I had the Italia pizza which has mushrooms, sweet peppers and courgette (zucchine) with mozzarella and tomato. The zucchine added a natural sweetness that was very tasty. We shared one pizza between three kids and they couldn't finish it. But perhaps that was because the service was quite slow so they were pretty tired by the time the food arrived.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare presso il Ristorante Pizzeria Trattoria La Tavernetta a Bolsena e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata estremamente piacevole. La mia scelta per la serata è stata il baccalà al sugo, e devo dire che sono rimasto assolutamente soddisfatto.

Il baccalà era preparato in modo eccellente: tenero e saporito, con il sugo che lo accompagnava in modo perfetto, amalgamando i sapori in maniera armoniosa. È stata un'autentica esplosione di gusto in ogni boccone. La cucina del ristorante dimostra una grande attenzione all'uso di ingredienti freschi e di qualità, e questo si riflette indubbiamente nei piatti che vengono serviti.

Oltre alla qualità del cibo, va sottolineato anche il servizio impeccabile offerto dal personale. Sin dal momento in cui ho varcato la soglia del ristorante, ho percepito un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare. Il personale era estremamente simpatico, attento alle esigenze dei clienti e sempre disponibile a fornire consigli e suggerimenti.

L'ambientazione del ristorante è anch'essa meritevole di nota: un'atmosfera rustica e calorosa che ti fa sentire a casa. La Tavernetta è un luogo perfetto per trascorrere una serata piacevole in compagnia, sia che tu sia in cerca di un pasto tranquillo o di un'esperienza più festosa.
