Bacco Bistrot — Restaurant in Bosa

The staff including teamleader Maria Giuseppa were behaving very condescending towards me. A waitress accidentally poured a glass of red wine over me. My pants + shirt now have huge stains that can't be removed. Sure it can happen and apologies were made. But when I later asked if there was any possibility of compensation for cleaning costs, I was laughed at and told to get a lawyer involved if it bothered me so much. I was then asked to leave the establishment. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant

Edit: Regarding the other critical reviews on Google, I didn't expect any other reaction than this from Bacco Bistrot . Critical faculties are apparently not present and reviews have to be responded with cynicism. Immediately after the incident, I said in a friendly manner that I first had to change my clothes, but then I would be happy to come back. No food was served yet. Only the red wine, which was now unfortunately on my complete clothing. And even if they already served everything, they should understand, that you do not want to stay completely wet with all other people looking at you. We sit for 15 minutes and the table was dirty. We had to clean it ourself because flies were starting to gather around. We called the first waiter, he sais he will be back and never came back. I went inside to call the lady in charge (wearing glasses), she said she will be there and she never came. My partner entered again, he found the staff chatting and laughing loudly, he asked the same lady to take our ordr she said she will be there but never came. He entered again to the bar to have just to beers before ordering food because we were very thirsty, in the meanwhile we noticed that the waiter was taking the order of another table that came after us. I told another waiter that we were here for more than 30 minutes and no one came to us and she couldn't care less and was very arrogant. The funny thing about this, they are asking for service money. Just one comment, the waiter guy was very busy cleaning all the tables by himself, please if you are understaffed, hire more staff. I won't...

One of the best reataurants in Bosa. We got the table during the lunchtime and enjoyed our time here.

We tried the plate with local cheese and ham, with complimentary vegetables and bread. Cheeses and hams were really good. For the main course we had the sandwitch where you can mix your fillings but I was really not impressed - ham, sundried tomatoes and mozarella was my selection which was good but the quality of traditional sandwich was not great - like every other bun you can buy in supermarket and “fake grilled” - fake because it was cold.

My girlfirend tried insalatona ala bufala - rucola, mozzarella, ham and tomatos - this was really good.
