🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Authentic Italian Experience!

I recently dined at rendezvous and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful décor that made me feel like I’d stepped into a cozy trattoria in Italy.

The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I had the tuna pasta with sauce, and it was hands down one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The Tiramisu for dessert was light, creamy, and not overly sweet—just the way it should be!

Service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The staff made great wine pairing suggestions that really enhanced the meal.

Nice food but it was in very small portions. I'm still hungry after eating it.. there were 4 pieces of ravioli. For that reason it's not worth the money, I would not return. Definitely also too overpriced and I don't want to leave a restaurant hungry... Especially in Italy... How does that even happen? They asked if I wanted more food or drink because I mentioned I'm still hungry but why would I order more small food from here? My girlfriend has family in Brindisi so we know how much things should cost and how much food is normal. I am also half Italian..

Posto trovaro per caso girovagando in una sosta di poche ore a Brindisi; ci siamo fermati perché piacevolmente colpiti dalla location. Seduti alle 18.45 ordiniamo: bruschette dello chef (4), un pomodoro condito, una birra e un bucchiere di vino. Alle 19 arrivano le bruschette senza il bere e senza i tovaglioli di cortesia (sono entrato io a prenderli e nessuno mi ha detto nulla). Alle 19.15, dopo qualche sguardo di perplessità al cameriere, sono arrivate le consumazioni ma senza nulla in "accompagnamento". Considerando che le bruschette c'erano state portate 15 minuti prima ho dovuto chiedere qualcosa da "spiluccare": ci hanno portato noccioline, taralli e olive che ci sono state fatte pagare 4 euro. Il pomodoro condito era senza cannuccia e come per i tovagliolini sono entrato io a prenderla e nessuno mi ha detto nulla. C'è molto da migliorare. Cordiali saluti.

Leggo la risposta risentita del titolare e preciso che:

1. quando ci siamo accomodati i tavoli occupati erano 3 (9 clienti in totale, di cui 3 noi; se fate aspettare 30 minuti per servire un pomodoro condito una birra in bottiglia e un bicchiere di vino forse, dico forse, avete margini di miglioramento...,
2. la corretta tempistica nel servire bevande e pietanze sta nella professionalità (o meno) del locale,
3. i tovagliolini vanno portati e non vanno chiesti,
4. una bevanda servita con ghiaccio va servita con cannuccia a prescindere dall'età dei consumatori e Vi informiamo che ne hanno inventate di biodegradabili...
5. in quasi tutti i locali in cui siamo stati (e dopo 50 anni ne abbiamo frequentati migliaia..) con le bevanda ad un aperitivo si portano due stuzzichini di cortesia (ci avete portato una ciotolina di noccioline una di olive e una di taralli e se li fate pagare 4 euro siete messi male...) ma evidentemente il vostro livello è talmente alto che questa piccola coccola "gratuita" non è prevista (tra l'altro avevamo già ordinato e OVVIAMENTE pagato quattro bruschette dello chef che ci avete fatto consumare senza il bere che c'è stato portato 15 minuti dopo).
