We stayed at the Hotel Barsotti at the end of August. We were very impressed with the owner and his team members. We had a large problem occur during our stay there and although the problem had nothing to do with the hotel Mr Barsotti, his daughter and his team members went away and above service and helped us resolve our problems. The problem occurred when my wife had to go to the hospital for tests after we were removed from a cruise ship. My wife had gone straight to the hospital and I registered at the hotel and dropped our suitcase off and then went to the hospital. After 10 hours of waiting at the hospital I went back to the hotel to get a change of clothing for my wife. I explained to Mr Barsotti what was happening and he telephoned the hospital and as soon as he had spoken to them my wife got attended to. We were unable to get back on the cruise and MR Barsotti's daughter arrange internal flights to Venice where we were going to continue...

The room was very clean and the staff attentive to our every need. There was always a smiling face at the desk, ready to answer any question or attend a need we might have.
