Ho pranzato l'altro ieri con mia moglie e mio figlio. Entrambi dobbiamo mangiare alimenti senza glutine e qui abbiamo trovato una risposta ottima alle nostre esigenze. La pizza Margherita senza glutine di mio figlio era davvero buonissima, morbida, ben cotta e molto ricca, forse la migliore sinora sperimentata. Eccellenti gli spaghetti col ragout alla bolognese senza glutine che ho mangiato io, porzione abbondantissima con sugo veramente ottimo, in assoluto una delle migliori che io abbia mai mangiato da sempre. Molto buona anche la pizza Margherita normale di mia moglie. Titolari gentilissimi e simpatici, locale con servizi pulitissimi e molto vicino al centro di Merano. Wir waren heute in Meran und dank der vielen positiven Bewertungen des happy Bistros, sind wir hier zum Abendessen gelandet. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, Atmosphäre sehr familiär und freundlich. Wir hatten Glück und haben an einem regnerischen Tag noch ein paar Sonnenstrahlen auf der Terasse mit Blick auf die Berge bekommen. Das Restaurant liegt an einer befahrenen Straße, deshalb ist es ab und an etwas lauter bzgl. der Autos, macht aber der Service und die Auswahl am Essen wieder weg. Ich hatte eine Glutenfreie Pizza die einfach der Hammer war. Kein Standard harter Schär Pizzaboden den man sonst bekommt. Es war einfach richtig lecker. Für den Nachtisch wäre auch gesorgt mit Glutenfreiem Eis, wenn die Bäuche nicht schon voll gewesen wären hätten wir dort auch noch eins probiert.
