If you are like me and you like class and quality do not come to this place, menu is short in options, food quality was totally not good, we ordered the steak with potatoes, it was totally raw inside and burnt outside, potatoes where full with oil. The waitress didn’t even know the menu and she recommend us a vegetarian option that came totally different than what she described. Service was not good , since we sat on out table we waited like 20 mins that nobody came to ask us anything, we went with my grandma and they didn’t have a physical menu, only on the phone. Also they didn’t have any recipient for taking away food, poor the waiters they were doing all they could to help us. The workers were colapsed with all the tables and work they had, they were doing all they could. Also most of them didn’t speak english. We asked for ice and they brought it in a glass with a spoon 😅 things were broken (like the lock of the toilet) this is a cheap place that tries to look expensive. Don’t waste your money and time. We went to Bacán restaurant in Sardinia and, from the very beginning, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were quickly seated; the place was half empty, so there was no reason for delays. However, the waitress who greeted us (a woman of robust build) took an unreasonably long time to bring us the menu and take our order. It felt as if she prioritized customers who appeared wealthier over a young couple like us.

We had to call her several times to place our order, and in the end, a waiter came instead—he was friendly and professional.

As for the food: I ordered a burger that looked good on the outside but was so salty it was inedible. Prices are far too high for the quality of service and food. We also ordered octopus and mussels, which were tasty but took far too long to arrive.

In summary: slow service, discriminatory attitude, and food that does not justify the price. I would not return and cannot...

Reserved a table for dinner for our last night in Cagliari because we were staying nearby and it was super busy every time we passed. Unfortunately we were disappointed. All 3 waitresses we interacted with were unfriendly and unattentive. Bread and parmesan arrived 10min after our main dishes with no comment. Portions were small and food wasn’t particularly great.
