L'Altra Pizza — Restaurant in Cagliari

We were two tourists visiting Cagliari from the States and Aldo made us feel right at home. Aldo was kind enough to take a moment from his busy pizza-making to chat with us. His English is great - he actually lived in NJ and FL (U.S.) for a while. His restaurant is clearly a favorite among the locals as we watched many people stop in to briefly talk and pickup food. We went to this restaurant because it was the closest place to our hotel that was open at 9 pm. With the options available this place was extraordinary. The pizza had thick crusts that were soft and cheese that melted in your mouth. The man that was serving us and making the pizzas was very kind and talked to us fondly.
