Ristorante a Cagliari GUSTUM. Cucina di mare, terra e pizzeria — Restaurant in Cagliari

Due to the good ratings we have visited this Restaurant at Lunch-time July, 10th in 2025. Inside you will feel well at once. White table you will see on each table. Fast we have received the Menu from the friendly Server. I have ordered PIZZA FRUTTI DI MARE (19 €) and my Partner ordered Spaghetti Vongole e Bottarga (18 €). The PIZZA is offered in two sizes: Normal and big. I have ordered the normal size which was too big for me when I saw it while it was served. It was good looking. In the middle one fresh (!) Prawn was decorated. The other Seafood was mainly consisting of big Mussels. Some of the other Seafood was a little bit chewy. But more important was that I was almost unable to cut the dough with a knife and of course it has had the same effect when trying to eat it. So I only have eaten two pieces of the Pizza. The middle of the Pizza was prepared with very thin dough. Of course our attentive Server has offered to exchange the Pizza and even to prepare it more crispy. But I have rejected it. Instead of that I have got a Desert from the House. My Partner was satisfied with her Spaghetti. With water and non alcoholic Beer finally I have paid 49,50 € including 6 € COPERTO for two.

Sono rimasto deluso, mi aspettavo di più , non voglio fare recensione ne positiva né né negativa, lascio alle persone il giudizio perché fortunatamente ognuno ha i suoi gusti e il proprio modo di interpretare il significato di buono o non buono . Mi permetto educatamente di consigliare il titolare di non prendersela se qualcuno non è soddisfatto perché credo che sono le critiche che spesso aiutano a crescere se invece si è convinti che tutto vada bene, che cosa si può dire ? Attenzione che nessuno osa offendere la professionalità di nessuno, sono stato in ristoranti di livello eppure ho lasciato il primo perché non mi piaceva. Credo che il cliente se è educato, paga regolarmente il conto, abbia tutto il diritto di esprimere un suo concetto, giusto o sbagliato che sia . Per me in questo ristorante ci sono molte cose da rivedere, mia opinione personale! Chi ci lavora esprime sicuramente professionalità ed educazione. Tutto qui. Credo che leggere la risposta sotto del titolare dia il termometro della classe di uno che non sa nemmeno gestire una critica, certo che se ha avuto, come dice lui delle menzioni a livello nazionale, siamo proprio mal presi, il listino dei vini , pietoso la pasta all’astice per carità. Il teatrino lo fa lei scrivendo e non conoscendo né l’italiano né il latino visto che scrive certe cose , le rispondo. Tranquillo che nei ristoranti dove vado io , lei non va, i vini che mi posso permettere io, difficilmente li può bere . Sono 50 anni che frequento i ristoranti, sicuramente molto meglio del suo , fare i paragoni con il suo e’ offensivo per gli altri . Delle recensioni me ne frego, ho visto i suoi clienti prendere un solo piatto, vino della casa e andarsene . Prima di dare lezioni a chi non conosce, cerchi di essere più educato. Comunque tranquillo che non ho bisogno del suo invito per pagarmi una cena , dopo essere andato via da lei sono andato a mangiarmi una tagliata, niente a paragone con ciò che ho mangiato da lei . Shared two dishes with my friend, the red prawn pasta was amazing, but the paccheri “mare e terra” really disappointed, as from the first bite we felt sand in the clams, the guanciale tasted really off and the sauce was overall not tasty, we left the dish untouched and the waiter took it back, asking it everything is okay, we mentioned that we didn’t like it.
