This place is an absolute disappointment from service point of view and loss of time from food and price wise. They can treat you very bad easy! There is only one person speak english and she is also not the best. When we arrive there were no one to talk in this part of the restaurant so we just sit one of many empty tables! Then a lady came to speak in Italian but we were asking her to talk in english but no way! Then this lady come in and just ask if we have a reservation i said no but we would like to eat so what can we do? She just said get out ! I could not believe this impolite way so i ask again but she was already gone! We were shocked and then another guy come in speaking in italian and treated the same way ans point us the door. As we were going out the girl come back and said if you wait i will arrange a table without an apology! Since it was late and we needed to eat we wait . We have eaten here 7-8 times and each time the food was fantastic and the service was amazing. We just went last Saturday the 3rd of August 2025. The server was terrible. He had no clue how to serve someone in a professional manner. We asked for pepper and olive oil and it offended him I guess. He returned with one small packet of pepper and no oil. We asked again and he seemed bothered but did bring it this time. However he put a small amount of oil on our pizza and immediately took the bottle away. Maybe he didn’t know they had more than one bottle in the restaurant. Only As we were paying did the ever smile. Non andateci se avete altro da fare dopo.

Nonostante fossimo stati i primi nel locale, ed il locale fosse rimasto praticamente vuoto per un bel po' a parte 2-3 ordini da asporto abbastanza piccoli, i tempi di attesa per la pizza sono stati biblici. Da quando abbiamo messo i piedi dentro infatti è passata la bellezza di 1 ora prima che ci arrivasse la prima pizza. E sottolineo la prima, perchè nonostante fossimo in due la seconda è arrivata solo una decina di minuti dopo. Oltretutto entrambe le pizze sono arrivate fredde, specialmente visto che la mia è stata tipo 10 minuti ferma sul bancone della cucina in attesa di venire servita. Mia moglie aveva visuale diretta sulla cucina, quindi vedeva tutti gli spostamenti con facilità.

Ben più grave gli standard HACCP estremamente dubbi aggiungerei. So che le cucine a vista sono di moda, ma richiedono un livello extra di attenzione. Proprio grazie alla suddetta visuale mia moglie è anche riuscita a scorgere molteplici volte l'aiuto pizzaiolo leccarsi le dita per pulirsele dopo l'aggiunta di ogni ingrediente. Inoltre diverse volte il cameriere s'è dovuto infilare in cucina in aiuto dei pizzaioli senza rispettare gli standard base di igiene in una cucina. Tipo lavarsi le mani prima di toccare gli ingredienti. Ad un certo punto mi sono anche accorto che la mia pizza, senza pomodoro, aveva letteralmente la base inzuppata di pomodoro e tipo metà piatto era tutto sporco di esso. Nulla di grave nel mio caso, per fortuna, ma direi che una persona allergica non sarebbe stata dello stesso avviso.

Un vero peccato perchè la location era molto carina e la pizza, nonostante fredda, sembrava essere molto buona. Consiglio vivamente al Signor Raffaele, in quanto suo collega nell'ambito della ristorazione, di rivedere seriamente tutto lo standard del servizio al tavolo e di tenere sott'occhio la cucina.
