The coffee and hot chocolate aren't anything special. The location is cute. The workers very friendly to meet the requests of the costumers. The prices are exagerated considering the beverages were just a few drops of liquids inside extremely small cups. They add 10% to your bill for the service, which is acceptable. BUT, the guy just added extra 5 cents on its own. Scared of giving me the brownred coins for change? Willing to keep to himself? If he didn't screw like this, I would have left way more tip than just 5cents. Since he did this, no exchange change for him to keep. Unfortunately this is very common is Italy. No idea where that comes from. I always argue for 1, 2 or 5 cents because it has to be my choice to tell to "keep the change" and I don't have to be forced into it. Sarebbe decisamente meglio limitarsi al necessario quando il surplus non si è in condizioni di offrirlo. Come BBQ sicuramente improvvisati: chiedo un hamburger al piatto e mi viene servito in una vaschetta di plastica trasparente con posate in plastica. L'hamburger è all'aroma di pesce (deduco sia stato cotto sulla stessa piastra). Il calice di vino è segnato da diverse precedenti labbra (ma qui siamo alle basi). Non vengono serviti tovaglioli sui tavoli insieme alle portate né a noi né a nessuno degli altri utenti. Diverse delle portate dei diversi tavoli, noto, vengono servite sbagliate.
