Andiamo in questo bar ordiniamo 2 creme caffè ed un biscotto, ma ci portano lo spumone di caffè che è un'altra cosa, molto leggero non quello classico richiesto, io non lo mangio ovviamente non aveva un buon gusto, educatamente lo faccio presente al cameriere gentile, si scusa, mi chiede se voglio altro, prendo un caffè schiumato, ed al servizio ho dato 4 stelle ma a chi gestisce il locale solo una, perché non era la bevanda richiesta, potevano offrirmi un altro biscotto o portarmi la differenza del prezzo pagato 4 euro schiumone, caffè schiumato 1,70 euro.
